We affirm the Christian faith centred on Jesus Christ, his death and resurrection, salvation by grace through faith, the authority of Scripture and the work of the Holy Spirit. We seek to help men follow Jesus in everyday life.
A local church connection
Listed groups are hosted by a church or accountable Christian organisation. Organisers represent their host with its permission and remain responsible for their local gatherings. Participation in The Crew can sit alongside other ministry affiliations.
A welcome that is easy to understand
Groups explain who they serve, what happens, where they meet, any cost and how to join. Men who are exploring faith are welcome. Each group is free to choose its name and format.
Friendship and respectful conversation
We listen carefully, treat people with dignity and speak truthfully. Discussion can be lively and challenging while remaining friendly. We respect personal confidences and avoid sharing another person’s story without permission.
Care and responsibility
Hosts arrange their gatherings within their church’s safeguarding, premises and food arrangements. Dads and Tots clearly explains adult supervision. Practical sessions match work to ability and any permissions needed.

Organisers keep details current and pause listings when groups stop meeting. The directory displays information supplied by hosts; a listing is not an independent safeguarding inspection or endorsement of every local activity.
