OUR STORY

Friendship has a place here.

The Crew helps men connect through local churches. Shared meals, real conversations, time with children and useful work can all become places where friendship and faith grow.

Beginning locally.
Making room to grow.

The founding programme is taking shape at St Peter and St Paul Fareham, with Dads and Tots, a men’s group, a monthly breakfast and practical service.

Our vision is for churches in different places to develop their own expression. A group can keep its name and local rhythm, while joining a network that makes opportunities easier to find and shares practical guidance.

We want men to be welcomed, known and able to contribute. Younger adults, older men, fathers and men without children all have a place.

OUR CHRISTIAN FOUNDATION

Rooted in grace.
Growing in Christ.

Ephesians 2:8–10

The Crew is rooted in the gospel of Jesus Christ. God saves us by grace, through faith, and creates us in Christ for good works. Through Jesus’ death and resurrection we are reconciled to God, and the Holy Spirit enables us to grow in love and holiness.

Our friendships, parenting and service grow out of the love we have received from him. We want men to know Christ, receive his forgiveness and learn to follow him in ordinary life.

Men who are exploring faith or have no church background are welcome. There is room for honest questions, thoughtful disagreement and relationships that develop at their own pace.
